OIRS™ packages deliver Operational Intelligence through automation-first systems. Each tier increases depth of insight—not meetings. Your results are delivered through the Forge Dashboard (OIRS™ module), even if you do not have Forge OES. Each tier includes a one-time setup fee (3× the monthly price) billed once at onboarding.
How to choose the right package
You don’t have to guess. The free OIRS™ diagnostic evaluates risk, execution stability, and readiness—then recommends the most appropriate tier based on your results. If you already know what you want, each tier can also be purchased directly via Stripe checkout.

OIRS™ is delivered inside the Forge Dashboard as a first-class module—so clients have a consistent look and feel across Apex. Forge OES (operational capture) is separate; OIRS™ can run without Forge OES, but Forge OES improves signal quality when operational data is missing.
